Introduction:
Pantheon Of Eradication is a '4' lane Aeons of Strife map with unique qualities including custom models, races, and even unique gameplay modes. Pantheon of Eradication is an eight player game that pits two teams up against each other. PoE is going to feature a multitude of quests and items.

Classic Game Play - 4 lanes going from left to right with an interesting assortment of quests in all the fray.

Domination Game Play - 4 lanes going from left to right, 2 air instances, 2 underwater instances, a few creep quests and a few rescue quests, among a series of other features.

Death March Game Play - 4 lanes meet together in a middle temple to see who walks away victorious. Includes creep quests and hero quests, 4 hidden shops, and a hero capture mini-game among a series of other opportunities.

"Catch me if you can" Game Play - Aeons of Strife meets tag. Can you capture the enemy hero without getting caught yourself? Include 6 mini-games and a few advanced player quests along with a series of other interesting assortments.

In all these game play modes, there will be a vital resource: the Pantheon of Eradication. This will be located in the center of the fray and will be accessable from every lane in the game. If your team can control it and can ultimately keep it away from the enemy, you are bound to win. To keep control of this necessity you will have to learn to play like a team and in the process, configure your play styles to fit the needed requirements.

Story Line
Deep within the depths of the Zalon Forest a great demon was imprisoned. His great prison was called the Pantheon of Eradication. Over the eons this prison had worn down into nothing more than a single spell, a single weave, which was containing the most powerful demon on the planet. Due to the nature of the demonic magic, the magic had been pounding away at the Dragon Mage's powerful spell.
Sensing this weakness in his imprisonment he cast a simple spell to get his mind out of his prison and into another being.

The stag ran off into the night with great speed, and on the fourth day, it finally found its destination and took a great rest. The Implings sensing a great power, were curious and tended to the stag. In the following night, under a Red Moon, the demon sent his mind to the Implings' Leader. All through the night and late into the next evening they argued. The demon finally having enough promised the races destruction if they did not vow to help him. Being threatened so bad, the Impling Leader agreed, and then the tremors began...

... every few minutes a tremor would shake the ground with such force houses would fall, bricks would collapse, stone would crumble, mountains and hills would form.

Teams
Implings and Murlocs square off in mythical battle over the lost Pantheon of Eradication. Can you manage to take your force to victory?

Implings - Magical beings, based around speed and spell casting. Have strong spells but are weak in strength, good for catching those foes that decide to run away before death.
Hopefully there will be 6 different models and a few different skins to base the heroes of off. Each Imp will be based around a specific aspect and that will allow those that know how to play it, to be hard to beat.

Murlocs - Ravenous beings, based around strength and hunting abilities. Are great for taking down weak beings, yet are bad at chasing those who manage to get out of range.
Interested in getting 5 new models and a few different skins for these heroes. Each Murloc will have it's own unique abilities, but they will be more based around passive combat.

Remember, these features are bound to change at any time due to balance issues, and are only a basic guide for the base. Murlocs might have a few spells that are active and require good anticipation of the units. Implings may also get some passive abilities based around creeping. Keep in touch with your allies, or you will have a quick death.

Quests
Pantheon of Eradication will have a multitude of quests that can and will vary during games. It is planned to have 42 different quests that will randomize for each game, and will be changed due to your level.

Reward Clarification: The random item awards will only be attainable through questing, and as such, they will be much more powerful then regular items. The Bonus Ability will include an ability that gives you a slight advantage over the rest of the players, such as pinging every hero on the map. These abilities will cost more mana and have a longer cooldown then normal abilities. These abilities will be removable if you feel you do not want them. An item with an advanced ability will render you capable of casting that spell while the item is being held.

Some of the quest types are as follows:

Hero Capture: You have to capture a specific hero, but he has to be below a certain amount of hp, in a short radius. This quest will require one inventory slot to hold the hero capture item in.
Rewards can include: Gold, Experience, Random Item, or a Bonus Ability.

Creep Capture: You have to capture a strong creep before it dies, it has to have a low health count, in a short radius, and you will not be able to solo it. This quest will require one inventory slot to hold the item in. If you happen to miss the chance to get the creep, chances are it won't come again. Hurry on over there and get it.
Rewards can include: An advanced creep, Experience, Gold, or a Random Item.

Search & Destroy: You have to find a wandering creep that is rare and is only alive for a set period of time. It will take the whole team to manage this one. The creep will be very hard to handle by yourself, so make sure your allies come to aid you before you attack him. Chances are, it will kill you if you attempt to solo it.
Rewards will include: Gold, Experience, and an Item for all your team mates. This item has a chance to be a Random Item and will always include an advanced ability with the item.

Special Features
Special features will be included with this map.

Mini-games: There will be several mini-games that will be randomized and run at a set point in each game that has mini-games. These games can include in strategy, all out combat, reaction time, anticipation, and an overall knowledge of Warcraft. *A list of mini-games will be coming shortly.*

Added Races: The Implings and Murlocs will be completely customized by me. Each race will include it's own custom models.

Unique Lanes: In certain game modes there will be the option to go to a set of unique lanes. These lanes include underwater and the air lane. To get to these lanes it is required that you buy a specific item. These lanes will only be able to be used to a certain point on the map. This will prevent complete domination of a lane that requires a specific item.

Custom Spells: Each race and hero will be configured with a set of custom abilities, some will be triggered and some will not be.

Camera Angles: Cameras will be following your hero in a more third person type of view, time to get used to using that mini-map. When you go into combat with another hero you will have the option to select a new camera angle that does not lock on to your hero, this will be removed for the first release to help prevent the map hack advantages. May be added in later releases if there is enough quests.

Tag System: While in "Catch me if you can" game play, there will be a tag game going on during your map play. This tag game will single out who the best teams really are. You will have a set amount of lives before you get your hero recreated for you. You can choose to use a life or you can choose to wait for someone to come rescue you. To be rescued it will require a teammate to get to the Pantheon of Eradication.
