Why dont you download magos model editor ?
From hive its for free but it'll take time getting use to. http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource.php?t=62876

Ask general_frank on hive for some help but dont nag him, he gets pissy easily Razz

True, making models is hard, but with making your own models, you can get the desired effect out of them. Many of the models on Hive are either a) glitchy, b) plain sloppy. It can be a pain to go through all of them.
http://world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/magos.php << moderately useful tutorial.

You can use Blender at www.blender.org once you do tuts, i prettymuch stick to model edits cause of the complexity and time it takes to make an entire scratch mdl, btw im pretty good at editing, i can add particles, animate, scale, most the basic stuff.

Blender is easy to use after you figure out what you are doing, and after you figure out what is going on with everything.
